Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: Upon placing your order, please allow up to 3 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your order. You may also visit our website at any time and click on our Order Status page to find the real-time update of your shipment. If you did not receive the order tracking number or did not find any updates under our Order Status page after 5 business days, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.

Q: How long does shipping takes?

A: Our warehouses are located around the world. For domestic orders in the United States, it will normally take 14 to 21 business days. For International orders, please allow up to 30 days.

Q: Do you ship Internationally?

A: Yes! We ship worldwide to ensure that every customer will enjoy his or her shopping experience with us.

Q: Is your website secure with my personal information?

A: Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.

Q: How do I order on your website?

A: Simply find the product you'd want and click the 'Add To Cart' button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible!

Q: Does Fur Bebe Pets provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?

A: Absolutely! If you do not like the product or find damages to the product, contact us immediately! We do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience. You can simply contact us and we'll get it addressed!

Q: Do you offer a refund if I don't like the product?

A: Absolutely! We offer a full refund on your order if you don't like the product. Simply visit our refund policy page for complete details. Q: Why choose an LED collar?

Fur Bebe's Premium Dual Line LED Collars were designed specifically with SAFETY in mind. Collision with cars is unfortunately one of the most common causes of injury among dogs. If you can reduce the risk of this happening simply by ensuring your dog is seen and visible, why wouldn't you choose a LED collar? Furthermore, you will never lose sight of your pet again. Q: Is the collar weather resistant?

Absolutely! We used quality materials to craft our collars so that they can be enjoyed all year long. Sunshine, wind, rain, snow and even splashing about in a puddle can't stop your pup from conquering the world in style while staying safe. We also now offer the same amazing collars but WATERPROOF*! With an IPX7 rating, these collars can be submerged in 1 meter of water for up to 30 minutes. Perfect for all the water loving pups everywhere! *Harnesses are also waterproof

Q: I see cheaper products available. What's the difference?

We aren't competing with the inexpensive collars in the marketplace. Remember, this is a safety product so quality over price point when choosing a LED collar. We did extensive research and gathered pet parent feedback before we designed our collars. Our premium LED lights can be seen at a distance of up to 1000 ft. We're one of the new kids on the block so you can breathe easy knowing that we are using the latest and best technology. We offer a rechargeable battery pack with charging port cover, best LED light technology available resulting in brighter illumination, alloy D-ring, hardy snap buckle, sturdy nylon webbing that's flexible, comfortable and easy to adjust.

Q: Which color is the most visible to cars?

They all shine from the same source power. Naturally they should all be the same brightness; however, the human eye is most sensitive to light at a wavelength of 555 nanometeres - a bright green. When we put all 3 colours side by side, Green is the brightest to our eyes.

Q: What’s the product warranty?

Fur Bebe provides a one-year replacement guarantee against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not extend to damage resulting from misuse, neglect or abuse, normal wear and tear, or accident. This warranty extends only the original consumer purchaser and is non-transferrable. Proof of purchase, such as order number and email copy of the receipt, must be provided. Items purchased through a third-party seller will not be accepted.

The customer is responsible for shipping charges. Please allow a reasonable period of time for completion of replacement. If the unit is replaced, the replacement item is covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period dating from the purchase of the original item.

Q: How should I clean the collar / harness / leash without ruining it?

A small brush with soft bristles and some soapy water will do the trick. Just be sure to keep the battery pack from getting soaked. If you have a waterproof collar or harness, don't worry about getting the battery pack wet--they're both waterproof and can handle the water!
